The new house MASTER BEDROOM / Before and after

One of my favorite things about our house when we first saw it was the master bedroom. Soaring ceilings and lots of windows, I'm sold. 
 It did have this ledge that ran around the standard ceiling height that I didn't like, I felt like it cut off the height. We removed the ledge first thing which ended up being a lot more work than we thought at first because there wasn't sheetrock behind the ledge so it was a lot of patch work (You can see the hole behind the ledge in the above picture). Totally worth it though. 

It ended up being one of my favorite rooms in the house! I'll be back with post with all the sources and details so make sure you check back!

    So pretty! I wish I had all of that natural light and space so I could do a dark moody color like this!
